Locker cleanout
Something came out of the box wrong. Answer the questions in order; it takes about thirty seconds.
Is the shelf the wrong size for the locker?
Yes: Measure the inside width once more. Our tension shelves fit 12 to 15 inches. Outside that range, return it through your order page at the store, and look at the freestanding Stac-A-Shelf instead.
Did it arrive broken, or with a piece missing?
Yes: Take a photo before anything goes in the trash, then report it on the store's order page. The store sends the replacement or the refund.
Did you simply change your mind?
Yes: The return window and condition rules belong to the store and are printed on your order.
Is it intact but you cannot work out how it fits?
Yes: That one is ours. Write to [email protected] with the product name and we will walk you through it.
Warranty claims follow the return path: the store that sold the item is the one that resolves it.
